🛡️ Periop In-State Traveler Compliance Exemption: While general local nursing contracts face recent regional restrictions, all Periop, PACU, and Surgical Services RNs are completely exempt from the system ban and are fully eligible to work past the winter deadlines. 🔄 Regional Cross-Hospital Floating Policy: Travelers must maintain an adaptable clinical approach. Contractors are 100% required to float flexibly to affiliate network regional hospitals or sister facilities nearby to meet network census shifts. Refusal to float results in immediate termination. 🗺️ Local Residence Radius Rules: Indiana state residents are considered local and are accepted for this PACU opening. Eligible local contractors permanent to the state will be offered a modified in-state rate framework traveling at a $15 reduced bill rate factor. 🏖️ Upfront RTO & Mandatory Holiday Commitment: Recruiter proxy auto-approval is strictly limited to a maximum of five (5) days of non-holiday Requested Time Off (RTO). Any larger block requests require direct system intervention. Only 1 single RTO request block is permitted. Clinicians must work at least 2 out of the 3 major upcoming holidays or take call on any holiday occurring during their contract block, including 1 present holiday shift. ⏱️ Consecutive System Break Policies: Former permanent or PRN employees of this network must be away for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler. Furthermore, current or past system travelers who have accrued 12 months of cumulative travel employment anywhere within the network must complete a consecutive, single-period break to reset travel eligibility effective 2/24/26. Out-of-state residents require a 90-day break, while in-state residents require a 180-day break. 📋 Submission Profile Vetting Checklist: Submissions must contain the candidate's verified Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth (DOB), 2 professional supervisor references, and copies of active certifications. Health guidelines require a seasonal flu vaccine (verifiable medical or religious exemptions are accepted). Background histories must be fully disclosed upfront for review prior to an offer.
