**THIS POSITION REQUIRES A FULL ***3 YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED*** NO EXCEPTIONS** *Experience must also include EITHER neuro or CV.*
*******UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE of a position. MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2**
**There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation.
