Travel Cath Lab RN

5x8 Days | Mon–Fri | 06:45–15:15

Job Highlights

2 years minimum experience required
Traveler experience not required
Locals accepted; lower local rate applies within 50 miles
Patient ratio: 1:1
Daily census: 18
5-room Cath Lab
Call required: 1 day/week and every 5th weekend
No regular weekend shift requirement
Will float as needed
Scrubs provided

Cardiac stent placement
Diagnostic and interventional adult catheterizations
Left and right heart catheterization
PCI
IABP placement/removal
Pulmonary artery line / Swan Ganz monitoring
Procedural sedation administration and monitoring
IV vasopressors
Antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, emergency meds, reversal agents, and thrombolytics
Blood product administration
Starting IVs and IV infusion pumps
12-lead EKG
ACT monitoring
Cardioversion
Circulating procedures
Dysrhythmia interpretation/management
Infection prevention and isolation precautions
Malignant hyperthermia protocols
