🔥 HIGH-COMPENSATION CVOR TECH CONTRACT – DAYS (4x10s)

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly precise and experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist in San Bernardino, California. This role features a balanced 4x10 day routine within an active acute care surgical setting. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

Weekly Gross: $1,784.00
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $684.00
Hourly W2 Rate: $25.00/hr
Overtime Rate: $37.50/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-Hours (06:30 AM - 17:00 PM). Thursday off schedule structure.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (EOW) rotation required.
On-Call Requirements: Rotational on-call standby coverage is strictly required for this position.
EMR Charting System: Cerner.
Clinical Scope & Case Mix: Dedicated surgical delivery in the specialized CVOR suite. Must be fully capable of single scrubbing cardiac cases independently.
Main OR Versatility: On days with a low cardiac census, the technologist must be completely willing and able to float and scrub in the main OR theater. Cross-functional surgical cases include ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general surgery, and gynecology.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical acute care experience as an OR/CVOR Surgical Tech. Proven independent competence with complex cardiac scrubbing is mandatory.
Licensure: Valid Allied Health registration or license for the state of California is required in hand at the time of submission.
Certifications Required: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential via NBSTSA and active AHA BLS certification are strictly required in hand at the time of profile submission.
