• Patient Ratios: Main area (12 beds) 4:1 ; Fast Track (5 rooms)  5:1; Extension from main (6 beds) 6:1 with Medic and Charge assist. 1 Subwaiting room—Charge nurse primarily handles.

• EHR: Meditech

• Supervisor: Dawn Bostic

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: All ages
