🕒 Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
💻 EMR: Cerner

Requirements

2+ years of recent CVICU experience required
BLS & ACLS required
Must have experience with:
- Fresh Open Heart patients (direct from OR)
- IABP
- CRRT
Impella experience preferred
Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (80% within 2 attempts) before contract
Auto Offer available after prescreen (RTO under 7 days, no holiday requests)

Unit Highlights

12-bed CVICU
Patient ratios: 1:1–1:2 based on acuity
Cardiac surgery & high-acuity cardiac patients (AMI, CAD, PVD)
Intensivist coverage
Charge RN & House Supervisor 24/7
In-room cardiac monitoring (RNs interpret rhythms)
