Description

Manager Interview
UNIT: OT- Outpatient

Required Certifications: WI State OT license, BLS
Required Education: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Minimum Experience: training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis.
Charting Experience Preferred: EPIC
Required Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
Dress Code: Business casual

Shift Requirements: Mon-Friday 8:00-4:30, negotiable
Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to other locations within a 40-mile radius, Floating may be pre-scheduled as needed.
Weekend requirements: None
On Call/Call-Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
