🔥 PREMIUM DAY-SHIFT LTC/SNF RN CONTRACT – DAYS (3x12s)

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly dependable Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Registered Nurse (RN) in Garrison, North Dakota. Operating within a comfortable 26-bed resident community, this role focuses on stable geriatric care management. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

Weekly Gross: $2,074.00
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
Hourly W2 Rate: $23.00/hr
Overtime Rate: $34.50/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 12-Hours (07:00 AM - 19:00 PM). Bypasses self-scheduling and blocked shift formats.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
Nurse-to-Resident Ratios: Daytime pacing structures track at a stable 1:10 ratio on the unit.
Weekend & Holiday Expectations: Rotating every other weekend (EOW) and every other major holiday coverage is required.
EMR Charting System: MatrixCare.
Core Duties & Clinical Scope: Responsible for acting as the charge nurse on the floor, managing routine medication passes, and performing necessary wound care treatments. Common diagnoses include heart disease, diabetes, and dementia management.
Unit Infrastructure: Bypasses acute rehab setups—this is a dedicated long-term care ecosystem. There are no IVs or titratable drips, and no telemetry tracking is on-site. Oxygen therapy relies strictly on concentrators and portable concentrators. An off-site pharmacy service fulfills facility dispensing needs, and physicians are readily available after-hours via call-in phone support.
Scrub Color/Dress Code: No specific scrub color restrictions apply; attire must simply be completely clean and presentable.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience as an RN, with dedicated, strong long-term care (LTC) backgrounds required.
Licensure: Valid North Dakota State Nursing License or a valid Multi-State Compact RN License must be verified and active.
