Job Description:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is a Registered Nurse (RN) leader who supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient day-to-day clinical operations. ADONs commonly work in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care (LTC), rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and home health organizations
