Description
Flu consent/declination must be completed for submission. Min 3yrs ICU exp req,ACLS & BLS req; Float and weekend req; EPIC exp from w/in the last yearRequired; Fac will accept declinations for Covid and Flu declinations; ALL work history information(Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
