Facility Name: Ascension Saint Thomas Rehab Hospital

• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): PT

• Number of Openings: 1

• Shift: day

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32

• Weekend Hours: 1-2 weekend shifts per month

• Call Requirements: none

• Required Certifications: BLS

• Years of Experience: 1+

• Float Requirements: none

• Additional Notes: Typically M-F 8 hour days, with 1-2 weekend days per month

• Patient Ratios: 6:1

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult/geriatric

Hiring Profile:
