Contract Details
- Location: Greater Boston Area, MA
- Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday – Friday, Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Weekends & Holidays: None required!
Role & Floating Expectations
- The Role: Acting as the dedicated Wound Care and Ostomy specialist for the facility.
- Floating (Strictly Required): Please note that all staff assigned to this facility are required to float to any and all units based on daily hospital staffing needs. Extreme flexibility is essential to maintain safe and effective patient care across departments.
Requirements & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of full-time RN experience with a strong clinical background specifically in wound care and ostomy management.
- License: Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required at the time of submission.
- Certifications: AHA BLS and an active Ostomy Certification are strictly required.

- Interview Process: This facility operates on an Auto-Offer basis! The manager does not conduct phone interviews; offers are extended based strictly on the strength of the submitted profile.
- Orientation: The facility only holds one orientation per month.
- Target Start Date: August 3, 2026.
- Urgent Deadline: Complete credentialing files are due exactly 3 Fridays prior to the start date. Files must be 100% cleared by July 17. The facility will not allow anyone to start with pending items.
