Step Down Unit Nights
-Ratios: 1:4
-Years of experience REQ: 2 years
-Must have experience in vents, titration of pressors, and insulin drips.
-Weekend REQ: 2 shifts every other weekend. For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. For night shift it can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday -depends on who already is on rotation
-Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required
-Float to floors that are lower acuity

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3-12s
Special Requirements:
-Titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, chest tubes.
-Must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months.
