W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time) $31.50

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $2,513.00
- Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week, 5 (8) hour shifts 8a-4:30p, 40 hours not guaranteed. Southwest General may low census up to one (1) 12hr shift per 2-week pay period
- 5 years recent experience in clinical nursing
- Previous case management or Utilization Management experience
- Previous experience with screening criteria Cerner, InterQual, and MCG Criteria, and standardized templates (REQUIRED)
- Unencumbered RN OH License
- ACM/CCM certification - nice to have
- Able to complete 25-30 reviews per day

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
