Shift: 10Am - 7Pm
Pay: 2500$/Week

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring safe and effective medication use, counseling patients, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy, drug interactions, contraindications, and proper usage.

Provide patient counseling on medication administration, side effects, precautions, and adherence.

Verify and interpret physician orders and clarify any discrepancies when needed.

Monitor patient medication profiles for safety, efficacy, and potential therapeutic issues.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
