Current ARRT Cert & BLS
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen.
Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday\n\nShift times: 1900-0730\n\nFloating Required: Yes \n\nScrub Color: Any Color \n\nCHOA will require the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). -if in flu season
