Description
Physician Assistant (PA) for the Port authority of NY/NJ.
Needed from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except Port Authority holidays, and will be
required to work at William Street, New York, NY and float to Jersey City, NJ.
The PA is entitled to an hour meal break. The facility will not
reimburse the Contractor for the hour meal break.
The Physician Assistants must possess a valid license to practice medicine in either the State of New York or the State of New Jersey, in compliance with the assigned work location, and must possess at least one (1) year experience in occupational medicine.
Compensation:
$50/Hour - $53/Hour (all Incl. rate)
The Physician’s Assistants tasks shall include, but not limited to the following for all Port
Authority/PATH employees, including new hires:
• Performing assessments in connection with injury-on-duty evaluations,
• Fitness for duty evaluations
• Annual physical examinations
• DOT and non-DOT pre-placement/promotional physicals and
• OSHA and federally mandated examinations as required.
