HOT JOB: OR RN (CIRCULATE) – 3x12 DAYS (VAIL, CO)
Sia Hayes at First Connect Health is fast-tracking applications for experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurses. There are 4 open positions for this 13-week contract at Vail Health Hospital, offering a prime day-shift schedule in the heart of Colorado. First-time travelers are welcome!
POSITION QUICK-FACTS
- Shift: 3x12-Hour Days
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly
- Openings: 4 Positions Available

THE CLINICAL MATRIX
- The Environment: A specialized 0-49 bed facility.
- Core Duties: Assume full responsibility and accountability for providing expert, compassionate perioperative nursing care. Oversee daily patient flow to optimize safety and satisfaction, triage patient requests, and deliver vital patient/family education.
- Clinical Skills: Demonstrate strong healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. Safely administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in surgical procedures while strictly adhering to patient safety guidelines.
- Collaboration & Scope: Delegate care appropriately according to Colorado statutes. Coordinate care seamlessly with other physician practices and hospital teams utilizing Relationship-Based Care and Just Culture principles. Must be fully HIPAA compliant.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (HARDSTOPS)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated Operating Room / Circulating experience. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Colorado (CO) state RN license or valid multi-state Compact license is required at the time of submission.
- Certifications: Active AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and PALS certifications are strictly required.
- State Screening Mandate (APPLY ASAP): Must complete the Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check requirement. This check can take up to two weeks to process and obtain, so immediate application via the Colorado Centralized Registry is required upon submission.
