Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff: School Counselor – Talbot County Public Schools!
PediaStaff is seeking a School Counselor for an ASAP opening in Easton, Maryland. This position may serve students at the elementary or secondary level (placement to be determined).
Position Highlights:
- Location: Easton, MD
- Start: ASAP through end of school year
- Full-time, school-based position
- Elementary or secondary assignment
- Pay Rate: $50+ depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field
- Eligible for or holding Maryland School Counselor certification through the Maryland State Department of Education
- Previous school-based counseling experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, social-emotional, and college/career counseling to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and student wellness initiatives
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student support planning
