PediaStaff is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year at a therapeutic day school in Arlington Heights, IL!
Position Highlights:
- Dates: August 17, 2026 - May 28, 2027
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM (30-minute duty-free lunch)
- Therapeutic day school setting
- In-person only
- Collaborate with 5 other BCBAs
- Support 4-5 classrooms serving students with a wide range of special needs
- Pay: $55-$65/hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- School-based experience preferred
- Experience supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities is a plus
