Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical interventions with a focus on telemetry monitoring. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This position offers an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services across diverse clinical settings.

 

$2,808.60 for 48 hours | Wilmington, NC

Location: Wilmington, NC

Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

 

Start Date: 08/03/2026 or later

 

Pay for 48 hrs. (Traveler):

Weekly Gross: $2,808.60

Weekly Taxable: $1,261.00

Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,547.00

Hourly Taxable (up to 40 hours): $19.00

Overtime (after 40 hours): $62.70

 

Qualifications Required:

Strong Med/Surg and Telemetry RN with at least 2 years of experience

Comfortable managing both MS/Tele (1:6) and PCU (1:4) patients

Experienced with cardiac monitoring, respiratory support, and emergency response

Flexible with floating between the ED Holding Unit, Med/Surg, and ED

Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with frequent patient turnover

Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)
