Description

Requirements:

CA LCSW License is required.
Master of Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Must have hospice or palliative care experience and be comfortable conducting advanced directive conversations with end-of-life patients and their families. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

Description:

Schedule would be days 8:30-5 Mondays through Fridays.
8 weeks initial contract
Must be willing and able to float to sister facility and other departments as requested and qualified.
