CT Technologist – 40 Hours | Night Shift | Massachusetts
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM (15 hrs)
- Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM (15 hrs)
- Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (10 hrs)
- Call: Backup call every 9th weekend; holiday call as needed
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging while ensuring patient safety, radiation compliance, and exceptional patient care. The technologist will operate Canon CT systems, collaborate with the imaging team, and support departmental quality initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans for patients of all age groups.
- Ensure radiation safety and compliance with federal/state regulations.
- Accurately document patient information and imaging procedures.
- Follow patient identification and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain CT equipment and assist with workflow improvements.
- Educate patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Train new staff and students as needed.
- Maintain required certifications and complete mandatory education.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program.
- Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist license (Required).
- BLS Certification (Required).
- Advanced ARRT (CT) certification strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of CT Technologist experience preferred.
- Experience with Canon CT systems is a plus.
