👩‍⚕️112 total staff members

Staffing Breakdown

Day Shift:

1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 14 RNs, 2–3 Surgical Techs, 2 Unit Clerks

Night Shift:

1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 12 RNs, 2 Surgical Techs, 1 Unit Clerk

👶 Patient Ratios

1:1 – High-risk labor & C-sections
1:2 – Antepartum, PPROM, PTL on magnesium, postpartum on magnesium
1:3 – Lower acuity/postpartum without baby, outpatient cases

🛠️ Equipment & EMR

Alaris pumps, PCA pumps
Monica Novii telemetry
GE CPN fetal monitoring
🖥️EMR: Meditech / CPN

🩺 Responsibilities

Manage laboring patients including high-risk cases
Circulate C-sections & inductions
Perform/assist with:
- AROM
- IUPC placement
- Doppler & fetal monitoring
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced L&D setting

✅ Requirements (Must Have)

✔️ Minimum 2 years recent acute care L&D RN experience
✔️ Active RN license
✔️ Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- EFM-C or AWHONN

Circulating C-sections
High-risk LDR experience
