Description
Position - TRAVEL - MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST - ADOLESCENT (773) 8:00AM-4:30PM MON-FRI (1017504)
Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 10 total, will increase to 20 once temp staff are trained
· Patient Ratios : 1:5
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit is staff with RN, manager and mental health clinician
· Type of equipment : computer
· Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
· Scheduling requirements: Work M-F full time hours, 8am-4:30pm
· Floating policy: float if needed or flex time
· Patient Experience requirements: experience working in behavioral health and preferred adult experience however can undergo training
Hospital Specifics-
· Certifications: CPI and CPR preferred however will offer training
