Radiology Technologist Opportunity – Nebraska
Direct Hire | Full-Time
A healthcare organization is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers the opportunity to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while working in a patient-focused environment. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Position Overview
• Permanent, full-time role
• Diagnostic radiology position
• Utilizes PACS and RIS imaging systems
• Cross-training opportunities available in additional imaging modalities
• Reports directly to the Radiology Director

Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly range: $30 – $46 (based on experience)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities
• Perform radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians and radiologists
• Maintain electronic health records and utilize PACS and RIS systems
• Evaluate image quality and determine when repeat imaging is necessary
• Schedule exams and maintain accurate patient documentation
• Communicate patient results to physicians as appropriate
• Position patients and equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Apply radiation safety and protection standards at all times
• Start IVs or learn IV insertion as required
• Perform quality control checks on imaging equipment
• Maintain imaging equipment and report repair needs promptly
• Disinfect imaging rooms and maintain cleanliness of exam areas
• Participate in department meetings and continuing education activities
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
• Participate in after-hours and on-call coverage as required

Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Certification (Required)
• Nebraska Radiologic Technologist License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Demonstrated experience performing CT scans
• Ability to return to the facility within 30 minutes during on-call periods
• Knowledge of radiation safety and imaging best practices
