Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: Currently our max patient load is 18 patients, looking to go up to 24. 
• Patient Ratios: 6:1 
• Equipment: Bladder scanner, glucometers, etc. 
• EHR: Medhost

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults and Geriatric, No peds.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Critical care thinking 
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Pneumonia, CVA, CP, post-surgical, electrolyte imbalances, DVT, etc. 
• Personality Fit: Get along with others, we are all like family here.  

• Required Education: Certifications/licensure required to work as an RN in TN.
