HOT JOB: CARDIAC CATH LAB RN – 4x10 DAYS & CALL (FISHERS, IN)
Sia Hayes at First Connect Health is fast-tracking applications for an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse. This is a 12-week contract located in Fishers, IN, with an immediate selection pipeline. First-time travel nurses are welcome depending on their overall depth of Cath Lab experience!
POSITION QUICK-FACTS
- Shift Schedule: 07:00 AM - 17:30 PM | 4x10-Hour Day Shifts
- Scheduling Rules: Block scheduling is not offered.
- On-Call Mandate: Intensive call rotation is strictly required, averaging 10 to 11 total days per month, which explicitly includes weekend call coverage.
- Systems & Orientation: 20 total orientation hours (12 hours are non-billable).
THE CLINICAL MATRIX
- The Environment: Modern procedural lab setting focusing on adult patient demographics.
- Core Competencies: Must be fully independent and proficient in circulating complex interventional procedures.
- Procedural Sedation: High proficiency in administering, monitoring, and documenting procedural sedation medications and tracking patient vital signs during active interventions.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (HARDSTOPS)
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated hospital Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Indiana (IN) state RN license must be active and in-hand at the time of submission. Profiles with pending licenses will be instantly rejected.
- Certifications: Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must be in-hand at submission.
- Immunization Mandate: Current seasonal Influenza (Flu) vaccination is required (Facility permits documented medical or religious exemptions only).
