Description

• Shift: Day
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 2-3 weekend days per month
• Call Requirements: none
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 2+ preferred
• Float Requirements: Able to float to CRHN and CRHW as needed
• Additional Notes: Prefer experience in IRF setting

• Must Have Skills/Experience: previous IRF experience highly preferred • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Adult IRF experience preferred. Not a good fit if only has outpatient, schools, or acute care experience. • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: B rain injury, stroke, spinal cord, amputee, cardiac, orthopedic • Personality Fit: Emphasis on teamwork, ok with fast paced environment with short length of stay, working collaboratively with team to DC to home • Required Education: Graduate of accredited PT program and licensed in IN
