🔥 HIGH-COMPENSATION OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST CONTRACT – NO WEEKENDS

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly skilled and independent Physical Therapist (PT) in Hayward, Wisconsin. Operating strictly within a modern outpatient care setting, this position features a stable Monday-through-Friday business routine. Please note: First-time travel physical therapists are proudly accepted if they meet the core clinical outpatient and educational markers!

💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

Weekly Gross: $2,926.00
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
Hourly W2 Rate: $42.00/hr
Overtime Rate: $63.00/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 5x8-Hours (Monday - Friday). Features flexible schedule options between standard daytime business hours. Strictly no weekends and no mandatory on-call requirements!
Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
Pacing & Caseload: Highly manageable patient volume treating an average of 9 to 10 patients per 8-hour day. Focused care delivery structured around dedicated 45-minute appointments.
Unit Support & Infrastructure: Assisted by 2 full-time Rehab Aides on the floor to help maximize efficiency. Direct orientation provided on-site during the first 2 days under the Rehab Director.
EMR Charting System: Epic.
Dress Code: Smart casual to business casual. Clean tennis shoes/sneakers are completely acceptable.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience as a PT, with a strong preference for dedicated outpatient backgrounds.
Education: Completion of an accredited Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program is strictly required.
Licensure: Valid Wisconsin State Physical Therapist license must be verified and active in hand at the exact time of profile submission.
Certifications Required: Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory to clear the portal filters.
