First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Galesburg, Illinois. Operating within an acute care setting, this position features a stable 4x10 daytime routine. Weekly Gross: $3,086.00
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
Hourly W2 Rate: $46.00/hr
Overtime Rate: $69.00/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-Hours. Bypasses rigid block scheduling formats.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
EMR Charting System: Epic.
Clinical Scope & Required Hardware: Standard Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures within an acute care hospital setting. Hands-on clinical proficiency with GE Spect CT and MIM/4DM processing networks is strictly required.
Professional Expectations: Demonstrates excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented technical skills. Must maintain effective communication with the diagnostic team.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical Nuclear Medicine experience is required.
Education: Completion of a formal, accredited Nuclear Medicine program with an associated certificate or degree.
Licensure: Active IEMA License in Nuclear Medicine for the state of Illinois (or proven confirmation that the application process has been initiated with the state board).
Certifications Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine — ARRT(NM) — registry OR Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) registration is required. Must maintain active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Candidates with a permanent tax address within 50 miles of the campus are subject to a local rate framework, resulting in a -$25 deduction from the posted regular and overtime bill rates. 🛡️ Fair Call-Off Policy Guidelines: Rest easy knowing your schedule is secure. The contract framework limits the hospital to a maximum call-off equivalent of 12 hours per 13-week assignment block with no penalty. ⏱️ Non-Billable Orientation Information: Onboarding consists of 12 non-billable orientation hours. Weekly guaranteed hours do not apply during active orientation hours. 🚭 Drug-Free Campus Requirement: The facility is a strict Drug-Free Campus.
