🔥 PREMIUM DAY-SHIFT NUCLEAR MEDICINE / PET TECH CONTRACT – NO CALL, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS

 

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist with dedicated PET experience in Omaha, Nebraska. Operating within an esteemed Level 1 Trauma Center, this position delivers a highly coveted Monday-through-Friday daytime routine with completely zero call, weekend, or holiday requirements! 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $2,774.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,414.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $34.00/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $52.50/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 8-Hours (Monday – Friday). Standard operational blocks run from 06:30 AM - 15:00 PM or 07:30 AM - 16:00 PM. Completely free from call, holiday, or weekend rotations!
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
  • EMR Charting System: Epic.
  • Care Setting: Acute Care / Level 1 Trauma Center.
  • Clinical Scope & Equipment Profile: Core diagnostic Nuclear Medicine responsibilities. Prior PET clinical experience is strictly required. The department utilizes a Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs; however, onsite training will gladly be provided for these specific scanner models if you do not have direct hands-on history with them.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical Nuclear Medicine experience is required. PET experience must be clearly documented.
  • State Licensure: A localized Nebraska state license is not required for Nuclear Medicine placement at this facility.
  • Certifications Required: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) credential via NMTCB certificate OR ARRT registration is required. Must maintain an active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Hygiene & Compliance Policies: Artificial fingernails are completely prohibited in all patient care departments; refusal to remove artificial extensions will result in immediate termination of the contract.

📍 Strict 50-Mile Geographical Local Radius Rule: A rigid 50-mile radius restriction rule applies to this contract region. To clear automated system filters, the candidate's valid Driver's License (DL) MUST be uploaded and submitted alongside the profile to verify permanent tax residence. Furthermore, candidates are ineligible if they hold concurrent full-time, part-time, or PRN employment statuses with any healthcare facility associated with the parent network system. ☢️ Radiation Badge Provision: The client facility will directly provide the traveler with their required Radiation Badge upon arrival on campus. 📜 DOT Certification Extension Term: While a DOT certification is preferred at the start of the original contract, it becomes strictly mandatory within 90 days if an extension is pursued. 🛡️ Fair Cancellation Policy Guidelines: Rest easy knowing your hours are protected. The contract framework limits the hospital to cancelling a maximum of four (4) shifts per 13-week assignment block. 📋 Hard Submission Vetting Checklist: To clear automated compliance parsing, your submittal profile must contain the candidate's verified Date of Birth (DOB), an updated resume proving 2+ years of experience with clear PET scanning notations, a copy of your valid DL, and complete copies of active certifications (BLS, NMTCB/ARRT).
