Description
Position: BCBA
Location: Yuba City, CA - Greater Sacramento area
Setting: Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (Small)
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Duration: 26-weeks
Compensation
Local Pay Rate: $85/hr
Travel Package: $3,506/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Position Details
Schedule:
- M-F, 40 hrs per week
- Must have some flexibility w/ scheduling for RBT supervision!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop BIPs.
- Train and support residential staff on effective behavior support strategies.
- Monitor behavioral data, track outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers
- Participate in ISP meetings and behavioral consultations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- 2 yrs work experience as a BCBA
- Experience supporting clients with IDD & challenging behaviors
- Adult IDD experience is preferred but NOT required—we welcome applicants from other ABA settings and populations!
