Must Have
- o Ability to bounce between the hybrid room and OR (hybrid room only open 3 days a week)
- o Must be strong in Neuro and comfortable with Stroke, embolization & coiling
- o scrubbing/assisting, circulating, equipment operation, tray setup, level 1 trauma experience

Required License, National Certification, Certs:
o BLS, ARRT, KY state license
o Prefer VI certification

o IV Pump: Plum ICU Medical
o Med dispensing: Omnicell
o Monitors: Phillips
o Unit specific equipment: Philips Allura Xper FD20 Biplane, GE Discovery, Siemens Artis Icono Biplane

o NEO
o 2 weeks of unit orientation, depending on experience
