Description
Surgical Technologist (OR Tech)
Location- Sitka, AK
Shift- Days (Tuesday–Friday, 10-Hour Shifts)
Guaranteed Hours- 40 hrs/week
Contract Length- 13 Weeks
Pay Package:
Weekly Gross: $2,704
W2 Rate /Hr: $16
Weekly Stipend: $2,000
Additional Benefits:
- $1,520 Orientation Pay for 16 hours (One-Time)
Job Description:
- Required Certifications: CST, BLS
- Flu vaccination required prior to start
- Minimum 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Experience scrubbing for advanced and complex surgical procedures
- Knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, patient positioning, wound healing, and surgical equipment
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
- On-call required, including backup call for emergency cases
- Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility
