💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

• Weekly Gross: $2,146.00
• Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
• Hourly W2 Rate: $25.00/hr
• Overtime Rate: $37.50/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12-Hours (07:00 AM - 19:30 PM). (Please note: While the overview text mentions 5x8, the primary structural schedule and package run on standard 12-hour shifts). Block scheduling is not available.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
• Team Nursing Model: Operates under an innovative team care framework. You will lead a collaborative care team consisting of an RN, an LPN, and a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) managing a maximum combined total of 8 patients (an exceptional 8:1 team distribution).
• Weekend & Holiday Expectations: Rotating every other weekend (EOW) and every other major holiday coverage is required.
• EMR Charting System: Paragon. Full software training and user navigation pathways will be directly provided to incoming travelers.
• Clinical Scope & Care Mix: General medical-surgical and telemetry overflow delivery. Core competencies include active cardiac monitoring, independent rhythm/dysrhythmia interpretation, dysrhythmia management, and seamless activation/coordination with Code or Rapid Response Teams.
• Core Responsibilities: IV therapy, phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, isolation precautions/PPE tracking, and non-invasive airway management including nasal cannula and oxygen tank administration.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical acute care experience as an RN (must have active practice within the past year).
• Licensure: Valid New York State nursing license is required. Pending New York licenses are gladly accepted for submission if you provide the exact date your application was submitted to the state board.
• Certifications Required: Active AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, and NIHSS certifications are completely mandatory to clear the portal filters.
• Background Policy: A clean license history is required; no active hits on your nursing license can be approved.
• Vaccine Guidelines: Full compliance with facility COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination rules is required (approved medical/religious exemptions or formal declinations are permitted).
