Position Summary-: Registered Nurses (RNs) provide assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment. This position performs nursing assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation for adult clients in the facility. Responsibilities include assigning work and providing direction and training to subordinate nursing personnel. Additionally, shift differential may available, and one meal is provided per shift.

Position Details-: 

• 13 weeks contract
• Both day & night shifts available
• 4 Openings (2-D/2-N)
• Shift timings- 07:00am to 07:00pm (D) | 07:00pm to 07:00am (N)  
• 36/48 hours guaranteed per week | 12 hours per day
• Alternate guaranteed hours (One week 36 then next week 48)
• Weekly Gross for 36 hours- $2668 [$1246 non-taxable stipends, $39.5/hour on W2, $59.25/hour OT]
• Must be flexible to facility scheduling
• Overtime available 

Qualifications Required-: 

• Knowledge of nursing, medications, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of patient’s rights regarding medical treatment.
• Knowledge of current psychopharmacology.
• Skill in the use of the basic instruments and equipment of the nursing profession.
• Ability to plan and implement appropriate nursing care interventions.
• Ability to perform accurate and thorough work.
• Ability to provide patient assessment and appropriate documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze, assemble, and organize information.
• Ability to proficiently utilize technology related to patient care information systems. 

Required credentials-: 

• Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university degree in nursing.
• Active RN License Montana/Compact state.
• Preferred experience working with psychiatric inpatient treatment programs.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a Geriatric Psych Nursing specialty
• BLS
• CPI (preferred)
• Previous travel experience (minimum 1 year)
• Highly skilled in De-Escalation
