Description
Job Overview
- Position Type: Contract (Travel/Local)
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Openings: Four 0.9 positions available (3.6 FTE total)
- Shift: Days (12-hour shifts)
- Hours: 3x12 hours (36 hours weekly guaranteed)
- Schedule: Every other weekend commitment required.
Required Qualifications & Equipment Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of core ICU experience is required.
- Certifications: ACLS & BLS required.
- Must-Have Clinical Skills: * Strong comprehensive assessment skills.
- Proven experience managing septic patients.
- Expert care of mechanically ventilated patients utilizing hemodynamic monitoring devices.
- Preferred Skillset: Prior experience with CRRT and Epic charting (will be considered first).
- Unit Equipment/Devices: Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, and EV 1000.
- Personality Fit: Team player, positive attitude, flexible, and deeply empathetic.
