Quick Details:
Home Health RN
Location: Green Bay, WI
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8-hour or 10-hour days, open to discussion
Hours: 36–48 hours/week
Call: None
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, open to every weekend
Holiday Requirement: Up to every other holiday
Interview: Teams interview with manager
EMR: Epic
Radius Rule: Must live outside 50 miles of Bellin Health

Important Pay Note:
This is an all-inclusive bill rate. Mileage is not reimbursed separately.
 

Travel/Visit Expectations:
Travelers will start at the Bellin Home Health office and cover a 9-county radius in Northeast Wisconsin. Average daily travel is around 75–100 miles per day, with about 4–6 visits per day. Travel time is included in the shift length.


Must Have:
Current WI RN license or Compact RN license
AHA BLS
2–3+ years of acute Home Health experience
Acute patient care experience in the Home Health setting
Epic experience
Point-of-care documentation experience
Own reliable vehicle

 

Strongly Preferred:
OASIS experience
BSN
Prior travel experience

Clinical Skills Needed:
IV site care
Wound care
Wound VACs
Ostomies
Comfort working independently in different home environments
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs when needed during patient care

 

Patient Population:
This team cares for a wide range of patients, from newborns to seniors. Patients may be recovering from illness, surgery, injury, or a new diagnosis, with the goal of helping them regain their prior level of function or better.
