Job Description:

Position: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Setting: LTAC

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week
• 7:00am-7:30pm
• 36 hours per week
• Weekdays and weekends

Travel Pay Package:

-$2,017 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Provide respiratory and pulmonary therapy, management, and rehabilitation services
• Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate respiratory treatment plans
• Operate and monitor ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and respiratory care equipment
• Perform patient assessments, treatments, education, and documentation
• Great opportunity for experienced Respiratory Therapists with critical care and LTAC experience

• EPIC charting system
• Patient transport responsibilities required
• 12 hours of orientation
• Long-term acute care experience required
• Start date flexibility and interview availability should be included with submission

Requirements:

• Active CRT or RRT credential required
• Current state licensure required
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• ICU experience required
• LTAC experience required
• Current Respiratory Therapist certification or registration required
