May be required to work a holiday.</li><li><strong>On-Call Requirements:</strong> <strong>Call is strictly required.</strong></li><li><strong>First-Time Travelers:</strong> <strong>Accepted!</strong></li><li><h3><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Clinical Skills</strong></h3></li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of <strong>1 year of L&amp;D experience</strong> is required.</li><li><strong>Unit Scope (LDRP Model):</strong> Must be competent to care for the patient through Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Level 1 Nursery care.</li><li><strong>Core Skillset:</strong> Low-risk mother/baby antepartum care, triage, NST, external/internal fetal monitoring, APGAR scores, IV therapy/phlebotomy, and postpartum care.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong><ul><li>BLS (AHA)</li><li>NRP</li><li>FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)</li><li><i>Preferred:</i> AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced certification.</li></ul></li></ul>
