Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Certification: BLS (AHA), LMSW Licence of Social Worker
MUST HAVE IDAHO LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
Would prefer an LCSW, but will utilize an LMSW for our needed MHP position. Must be licensed within the state of Idaho.
