POSITION QUICK-FACTS
- Start Date: 09/01/2026 (13 Weeks)

- Shift Schedule: High flexibility required. Shifts are a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour schedules covering both Days and Nights. Must be open to variable shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage as dynamically needed by the facility.
- Selection & Orientation: Formal orientation begins on Mondays only. Note: Missing the strict compliance document deadline will automatically push your start date to the following Monday.

THE CLINICAL MATRIX
- The Environment: A 50-149 bed acute care facility serving a vital indigenous community.
- The Role: This is a true "Super-Float" position. You will report directly to the House Supervisor at the start of each shift for local deployment based on real-time hospital census and acuity.
- Clinical Footprint: Must be fully competent to take a complete, independent patient assignment across four distinct sub-specialties:
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU / CCU) – High-acuity critical care.
- Emergency Department (ED) – Acute emergency stabilization and trauma.
- Adult Medical-Surgical – Routine acute care floor management.
- Pediatric Medical-Surgical – General pediatric floor care.
- Secondary Float Scope: In addition to primary patient assignments, you may occasionally be deployed to other departments for task-oriented support (e.g., executing specialized tasks, covering breaks, assisting with call lights, or answering phones) based on competency.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (HARDSTOPS)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated acute care experience. Your clinical background must explicitly reflect consistent, proven experience in all three primary domains: Emergency Room, Intensive Care, and Med-Surg/Pediatrics [HARDSTOP].
