ICU RN (SICU / MICU) – 13-Week Travel Contract

• Specialty: Surgical ICU (Trauma/Neuro) or Medical ICU (Cardiac/Medical)
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Offer Process: Auto-offer after successful clinical prescreen
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience (mandatory)
  • Experience must include Neuro ICU or Cardiovascular ICU
  • First-time travelers accepted only if 3 years ICU experience
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• License: Active RN License
• Charting/Monitoring: GE bedside monitors; RNs interpret their own telemetry strips

Surgical ICU (32 Beds)

• Ratios: 1:1–1:2
• Patient Population: Level I Trauma, Neuro Surgery, Craniotomies, CVA, TPA, ARDS, Sepsis, COVID, MVCs, Falls, Gunshot Wounds
• Required Skills:
  • Ventilator management
  • Titration of vasoactive, sedation, insulin, heparin, and cardiac drips
  • Trauma and neuro critical care
• Equipment: Hamilton, Draeger, Puritan Bennett ventilators, Airvo, BiPAP

Medical/Cardiac ICU (36 Beds + 12 Overflow)

• Ratios: 1:1–1:2
• Patient Population: Sepsis, ARDS, DKA, COVID, CABG, Valve Surgery, TAVR, IABP, Impella, ECMO, TandemHeart, Vascular Surgery
• Preferred Skills: CVICU experience, advanced cardiac device manageme
