Contract Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift: Rotating Shifts

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, Pediatrics, and NICU to join a collaborative Family Care Unit. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to mothers, newborns, infants, and pediatric patients while working closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Provide comprehensive care for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, NICU, and Pediatric patients.
• Educate patients and families based on their healthcare needs.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team while appropriately delegating tasks to support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care while promoting patient wellness and recovery.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Wyoming RN license in good standing.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current NRP certification.
• Current PALS certification (required for pediatric patient care).
• Current ACLS certification (required if performing circulating or recovery room duties for C-sections).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
