📋 Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Floating:Required – must be open to floating between facilities within the system
• Weekend/Holiday: As per unit needs

⚠️ Submission Requirements

• RN License (Active & Unrestricted)
• AHA Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
• Fire & Life Safety Card (Required)
• Recent L&D Experience REQUIRED (must be current and strong in specialty)
• Include at Submission:
  • Preferred Start Date
  • RTO (Requested Time Off)
  • Date of Birth
  • Full SSN (required by client)

👩‍⚕️ Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal status
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Administer medications and manage pain control (including epidurals)
• Educate patients and families throughout the birthing process
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and neonatal teams

🔍 Skills & Experience

• Labor management & fetal monitoring
• Emergency response (OB complications, rapid deliveries)
• Postpartum and newborn care
• Strong critical thinking in high-acuity situations
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float environment
