📋 Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: 10-hour Day Shifts (4 days/week)
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• RTO:❌ No RTO accepted
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • Guaranteed during the 8-week contract period
  • Contracts extending beyond 8 weeks will not have guaranteed hours after week 8

⚠️ Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

• Active California RN License
• BLS (AHA) Required
• Recent OR RN Experience REQUIRED
• Cerner AND Epic experience within the last 5 years (REQUIRED)
  • Must have worked as a staff employee or completed a contract using both systems

💻 Epic Experience Requirement

• Epic proficiency is critical for this role
• Epic test-out option available
• Refresher training video provided if needed

👩‍⚕️ Core Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the OR
• Assist with surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs
• Document procedures accurately in Epic/Cerner systems

🔍 Skills & Experience

• Circulating experience in OR
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Proficiency in Epic & Cerner charting systems
