📋 Schedule & Work Details
- Shift: Night Shift (variable scheduling)
- Weekends & Holidays: Required as needed
- Overtime: After 36 hours/week
- Call Back: 1-hour minimum
⚠️ Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census
⚠️ Minimum Requirements (Strict)
- Active Montana RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- STABLE Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in NICU, L&D, ED, or ICU
🚫 Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility (travel requirement)

- Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns
- Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and support families during NICU stay
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to neonatal care standards
