Position Overview

Baptist Health Hardin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality emergency care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
✅ BLS Certification (Required)
✅ ADN/ASN Required (BSN Preferred)
✅ Previous Emergency Department experience preferred
✅ Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Provide emergency nursing care and interventions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote patient safety and quality care standards
