Description
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in their homes throughout the Central and South San Diego service area. The RN will perform patient assessments, manage OASIS documentation, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Position Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
- Location/Territory: Central & South San Diego, CA
(Includes Chula Vista, La Mesa, Coronado, National City, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Spring Valley, University City, Hillcrest, Mission Valley, and surrounding areas.) - Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: To be confirmed during the interview
- Weekends: Required (schedule to be confirmed during the interview)
- Patient Population: Geriatric
- Locals Accepted: Yes (at travel rate)
- Mileage Reimbursement: IRS Standard Mileage Rate
- Guaranteed Work Week (GWW): 40 hours guaranteed when 25 or more patient visits are completed per week
- COVID Exemptions: Accepted
- Note: Pay rate may vary based on coverage territory and experience.
